As an homage to my 12 Months of Making Project for June, learning to bake my own bread, it seems only fitting that we kick off this folk-art Friday with some bread that has nothing but heart eyes for you:
This is most definitely how I feel about bread and how bread feels about me. We simply loaf each other deeply. (I realize that ‘loaf’ could also be interpreted as ‘loath.’ No loathing here, though – only love.) Apologies to those who have an intolerance to gluten – just know that I loaf you, even if bread doesn’t!
